Maybe replace Khalid with Kivan or Shar Teel. Then you would have a druid with Xzar and Monty, Imoen, Kagain, and one of those two. Seems pretty balanced.

What happened with Jaheira? Maybe try Kivan instead of Khalid. He has better stats, and he is a more interesting character. He is near Beregost, in High hedge. And in Cloakwood drop Iomen and try Coran. A good fighter/thief and a very funny character. One more thing: there may be problems between the evil and the good aligned characters, they may even kill each other!

Alyr Arkhon is right. When you have played some hours, Xzar and Kagain or Khalid and Imoen (don't know about Montaron) will start being bitchy about your reputation. You should keep your characters all evil and neutral or good and neutral. Then they will not be totally mad at eachother.

Indeed. You already played a good party. Replace Imoen with Coran, a great neutral thief. Replace Khalid with Shar-Teel, or with Edwin, a mage far better then Xzar, 2 mages in a party is great. With that, you only have Neutral and Evil people in your party, good and evil is a bad combination.
