My characters are just level 13 and am now in Chapter 4 and finding that virtually all fights yield NO experience at all. If this continues - there really isn't much fun to be had - battles for no gain is a lousy way to make a game. Will this continue or am I just in a slump period of the game? It is very frustrating to go through many, many hard battles and get nothing out of it but a little gold.

if you have 6 char in your party you need to get XP in you have less that mean your char level r to high so you can always add a new char for new XP

It means your character level is too high for the current stage of the game. The XP gain is scaled depending on enemy difficulty and the levels of your current character. You can try harder modes if you find little to no challenge at current difficulty.

Yeah, 13 is a bit high for chapter 4, except maybe at the very end. My characters are 14th and 15th level entering chapter six. They were still 13th level when I entered chapter 5, some of them might have still be 12th (can't remember for sure).

Edit: I looked at the chapter autosave; most of my characters were still 12th level when I started Chapter 5.

Geez, I wonder what will happen to my solo character - he is already level 10 in the middle of Chapter 1....
