    Well it must have been a morale +10 spear. The guy who found wielded it was a fanatic fundamentalist lunatic (that much for pleionasms). (His stats would be chaotic evil str 12 dex 18 con 19 wis 0 int 17 chr 20). Besieged as the had been they were on the verge of giving up. With the spear they made an unexpected outbreak and beat the hell out of their enemies.

    As for magic weapons, I can remember something about Jericho. I quess it was some ghettoblasters+5 armed with techno beat.

    Ulysses had a less than nice encounter with a zyclope throwing stones. While they weren't exactly magic, they were certainly awsome:
    pepple +100 saving throw -10 for coexistance with stone or else death. :)
