Feirhith sitting upon his massive warhorse 'Anteheth', drew his longsword and took his shield from it's place upon his back sliding it onto his arm. "take us into battle my friend" as soon as the words passed his lips the horse lept into an unearthly run. the horse moved with such grace and speed for it's size and the amount of barding that lined its body.

Fierhanith falling upon his foe to the left of Khazar, swooped in on an archer that was desperatly trying to notch his arrow in time. he brought down his sword in an arc of tremendus strength across his enemy; finding the weak spot of his neck. the blood sprayed across his companion as the arteries were severed.
As quickly as Feirhanith had appeared over the ridge of grass he was gone, into the trees to spring upon the rest of the bandits from behind.

 

Drazhar rode up and down the line of wagons, passing word of what was happening to other wagons that weren't informed.
Along the line several of the burly wagon masters and their sons were making sure everything was alright. Women and children were ushered into the wagons, and only thoses capable of fighting were left outside.
Several men were positioning themselves on top of the wagons and notching arrows to strike any bandits that would dare to come out from the cover of trees.
As Drazhar got to end of the train, most of wagon masters and lesser wagons were already rallied to their cause.
Drazhar looked around and caught a glimpse of metal moving through the trees ahead in the road. Leaning forward on his horse and squinting Drazhar realises the real threat. Without hesitaion he spurred his horse around and forward searching the small battle for Khazar and Feirhanith.
Drazhar reins his horse in at the spot were the most blood seems to be seeping through the trees. Drazhar shrugs and slows his horse to canter to compensate for the high foliage. As he came upon the adventurers they were finishing off the last of bandits in that particular area.
"Where were you, you most of the fun, even though they weren't much of a challenge." Feirhanith greets him.
Drazhar ignores the larger mans joke and tells them hurriedly, if flatly, "The bandits are a ruse, hurry up and finish here, the train is going to need the most defense we cn muster!"
Drazhar turns his horse and goes back towards the wagons, as the pair of adventurers shrug and jump onto their own horses.
All three of the adventurers come clear of the trees to find a mass of dead bandits, and a lot of cheering warriors.
Drazhar turns to Khazar and Feirhanith and says, "We need to warn Feathersnake that the-"
Drazhars voice is drowned out as a magical fireball hits a wagon and explodes sending magical fire outwards in a circle that sets fire to several other wagons.
At the signal set by the mage well over twenty men, clad in plate armour and armed with an array of swords, axes and spears rush out from the wood to converge in on the wagon train.
Drazhar looks up from the ground, the position he was forced into from the shock wave of the magic, to stare at the attackers.
Khazar asks off handedly to Drazhar "Reinforcements from Beregost to stop the bandits maybe?"
Drazhar shakes his head and, "Not a chance."

 

The elf K'seeren, making a heroic return from Norril, Comes flying down from the sky from yet another portal. "NOT AGAIN!" he yelled out as he flew towards the ground and landed with a thud on some bandits back. He and the bandit fell over and K'seeren just managed to get a katana up to block a well aimed axe swing. "HHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP!!!"
he cried out, desparatly hoping that someone would hear him. He tried to draw his other katana but it was pinned under him so he grabbed his wakizashi that had flown from his sheath when he fell. he knew that if no-one helped him soon he would be hacked apart!

OoC: so in other words, can you people help him

 

Khazar with an almost sixth sense heard the plea and wheeled his horse around with his feet, drew his bow and let fly an arrow through a break in the caravans at the axe weilding menace.

Khazar set off after the arrow and shouldered his bow at the same tme drawing his blades and shouted to his companions...

"You two carry on i'll help the stranger."

With that he was off towards the stranger...

 

Drazhar jumps up and onto his horse.
"Feirhanith, come, you seem to be able to handle yourself in a battle!"
With that Drazhar spurrs his horse and leads the way to nearest embodiment of Traders who were trying desperately to defend their wagons from the new menace that now ran towards them from the trees.
As Drazhar passes Khazar and the new stranger, he shouts wildly over his shoulder, "You two defend what you can, we'll do the same." At Khazar and his new freinds mute nod. Drazhar and Feirhanith sped towards the first group of armoured raiders.

oo: FYI We're figting campaig of kilren style, kinda like in Berakalkin. Just describe it, and i'll enanct what the enemy does.

With his enemy distracted, K'seeren jumped to his feet and finished off the axe wielding bandit. Then he did the gand and almighty K'seeren trademark move and ran, vertically, up the nearest tree. From the tree he saw his bow on the ground where he had dropped it when he fell so instead, he hurled his wakizashi at an enemy, cleaving his head in half. then he drew his other katana(this guy has a lot of swords) and leaped out of the tree, attacking the nearest enemy.

 

Charging into the flank of the armoured group of warriors feirhanith glimpses to his left to see the new elf throwing his sword from a tree and shouted at the top of his voice to Drazhar "I hate wimps that climb trees and throw stuff on their enemy, there is no honor in that!!"
A scream of horror and pain rang out, symbolising the death of Feirhanith's first target. Anteheth reared, his front hooves coming down on another man. Feirhanith wielded his sword with great skill and ferocity as the melee closed in on him and his friend Drazhar.

 

At Khazar's surprise the elf somehow thinks that he is an enemy and jumps out of the tree at Khazar...

Khazar parries the Katana with his own and kicks the elf to the floor...

"No offence friend but I came to save your ass and if you wanna join us head 20 yards to your right to where the real battle is going on. We seemed to have killed all the enemies around here."

With that Khazar kicked the Elf's bow at him and mounted his horse to join his true friends in battle...

 

A short while off an elf clad in Elven Chain watches curiously, wondering what is going on.

 

OoC: By nearest enemy i mean nearest enemy not ally.

IC: "Sure, twenty yards away, is that why one of them is sneaking up behind you about to hit you on the head with a mace?" asked K'seeren sarcasticly while retrieving his arrows that were strewn all around the ground. Khazar spun around to see some guy with a mace behind him about to strike.

 

Drazhar, wheeling about on his horse swung left and right inflicting greivous wounds on several of the armoured raiders.
An armoured raider deftly swung his axe and bit deeply into Drazhars horse, cutting open the mares jugular and spraying crimson blood over attackers and riders.
Drazhar swiftly jumps from his slowly dying horse to plunge his sword through the chest of his attacker, sliding in through the plate mail and chain like butter.
Now on foot Drazhar was at an extreme disadvantage to those who were now steadily surrounding him. Two atackers rushed him, but Drazhar easily parried the two blows and cut of one of the attackers heads, and plunging his sword quickly in and out of the others side.
Drazhar staggers slightly back and smiles menacingly at the other attackers. Several of them slow their pace with a few worried glances with their comrades, but still they all move in a circular formation around Drazhar, trying to keep as far as they can from the sword that Drazhar wields so effortlessly.

Khazar noticing the mace weilding maniac slices his head clean off his shoulders spraying the stranger elf in dark red blood, leaving the mace to almost fall on the elf.

"I have better things to do than mess around with a tree climbing coward. GOODBYE!!"

Khazar mounts his horse and hears Feirhaniths warcry just in time to see Feirhanith pulled from his horse by one of the troops as he cleaves the soldiers head in half. Khazar then notices both Feirhanith and Drazhar surrounded by the crowd and fighting back to back to kill the fifteen or so troops left.

Khazar then sees a glow from one of the trees and notices its the battle mage and sends a Magic Missile towards the greying man to stop his spell midcast...

 

Findol hides behind a few trees and shoots gracfully with his bow and arrow. A bandit comes up from behind him and cuts some of his hair off, barley missing his neck. Findol quickly spins around, pulls out his sword, and hits the bandit as hard as he can.

ooc: been gone for a while, now DM, your going to tell me what happens when i hit the bandit, am i right? im not really sure what happens now.

 

OoC: Actually Findol, with these weird forum rules with no stats, I'm pretty sure you make it up as you go along.

IC: "Well I have much better things to do than hang around here with you." K'seeren calmly strode away from the battle and consecently, the forum.

 

Is this a war between the players? Or the bandits???

 

Drazhar spins around to parry yet another futile attack and gracefully plunges his sword deeply into the raiders stomache, regardless of the plate mail armour.
Drazhar yet again and spots a gap in the attackers enclosed ring, and dives for it, slashing at any unfortunate raider that gets in his way.

As Drazhar runs past the, attempting to draw off as many of the radiers as he could, to give Feirhanith a decent chance, he notes the adventurer, Findol, who he earlier talked to at the camp site, deliver a crushing blow with his sword to a raider that had crept up behind him.
Crimson waves poured from the raiders chest as Findol moves on to seek another raider.

Drazhar slashes two more raiders from behind and carries on circling the raiders, whilst Feirhanith, screaming out a bellowing war cry, decapatated three more with one mighty sweep of his sword.

The raiders earlier numbering 15, had been reduced to just 7 by the two adventurers mighty swordmanship.
"Hey, Feirhanith, reckon you can manage!" Drazhar asks with a touch of laughter to his voice.

Without a backward glance, Drazhar runs from one caravan to another, killing several raiders trying to gain access to the interior.

Drazhar looks over his shoulder to see several magic missiles leap from Khazars hands and strike the old sorcerer casting from the safety of the bush.
"Khazar, help Feirhanith, I'll take care of the sorcerer!"

Drazhar jumps over several dead bodies, not stopping to find out if they are either raiders or traders, to reach the bush and undergrowth of the silver haired sorcerer.

 

Findol soon finds a new bandit to give him a peace of his blade. The unlucky bandit happened to be hiding behind a bush, shooting arrows at the caravans. Findol jumps up and hits the unready bandit stright through his back, hopeing it would kill him right away, so he wouldn't scream and give away his postintion.

 

ooc: Finadol I was wondering, when you say you hit the, do mean with your sword, or do you physicaly hit them?

ooc:Unless Findol has steel fists I would have thought by "hits the unready bandit straight through the back" I would think he means with his sword.

Khazar upon hearing Drazhar's familiar voice he readies his bow and lets fly an arrow splitting the back of a bandits head in half, just before he was to slice Feirhanith down the back with his two handed sword.

Khazar charge the remaining six bandits that were fighting Feihanith and saw the mighty Paladin sever and arm and then the head of his closest opponent.

Khazar by then shouldered his bow and jumped of his horse at the group of five and drew his Katanas in mid air.

Khazar landed on three sending various weapons clattering to the ground but managed to impale his left side on a dagger cleverly pulled out in time by a bandit.

Khazar recoiled and both him and Feirhanith cut the remaining bandits to pieces...

The bandits were all dead but Khazar was heavily bleeding, and just then he fell to the ground in an unconcious heap.

The last things he thought were, 'is Drazhar okay' and can he survive the gaping wound, because it needs serious healing or he'll die'...
