Dont take it seriously, its Harriet Harmen, she always comes up with stupid bills which are impossible to implement or enforce all in the name of woman's rights, just last year she wanted to push through an act which would require businesses wo hire women over men if both were applying for the same job, even if the man was better suited/better trained or qualified for the job.

she's nuts and probably only makes these bills for the attention.

Or maybe she makes them because she's nuts. ;)

I wonder, do legislators (anywhere) have to pass some type of psychological screening before they'ree eligible to hold office, or can any old lunatic do it?

I say we push through an act that would require businesses to hire white people over black people if both were applying for the same job, even if the black guy was better suited/better trained or qualified for the job.

    See what I did there?

Frankly I think this is another example of some feminists wanting all the frills and none of the spills.

Ya know: "We want all the benefits that men get from this, ALL of those benefits. But whenever there's any drawbacks, we get to claim that we're on a diet when it comes to that, because we're women."

Risks of injury come with the territory when you want to do hard exercise. Chin up and take it like a man. ;)

More to the point, if a gym gives it's managers and trainers discretionary power over who to warn and who not to (which makes sense, you don't warn the guy who's obviously a body-builder), it's hard to prove anything is based on discrimination, and any law that assumes it is is discrimination itself.
