    haha, my mom used to tell me to stand and sit straighter all the time too, Kam.

    @ all of you guys promoting growth hormones - are they really safe? Meaning like no side effects?

    You get massive hands when you get older. Just like everything, don't overdo it. Better to just have better deep sleeping habits, and let your body produce GH naturally.

    So milk helps eh? Tell that to my friend, all he ever drinks is milk and he's 5'3 16 years old and hasn't grown more than half an inch in the past two years. :lol:
