Is it worth it? Well i haven't had the option Elvenblade, because i accepted the quest where I had Cernd defeat that evil druid in combat. I forgot her name. If you actually poison the druid grove does anything exciting happen? Do you see druids die? Do the druids avenge that later on in the game? Does Jaheira leave you even if your reputation is not too bad?

Is it worth it? no. You do see druids die though, but the druids dont try and avenge it.

It's fun, because the quest ends different. Better not, though, some of the NPC would attack you. Aerie, for example.

Would those NPC's attack you even if you have a good reputation?

Yes, it doesn't depend on reputation. The same with Drizzt and Demin, for example. Jaheira and Keldorn respectively would leave\attack you if you attack these NPC, no matter what.
