    I want a fork with my food.

    But I like chopsticks as well, although I seldom use them.

    Silverware most often but hands would be a close second.

    By meal - Breakfast = normally silverware but I will have the occassional bagel breakfast in which case I use hands.

    Lunch - normally hands for sandwich type meals but I will occassionally use silverware for noodles or something like that.

    Dinner - usually silverware (for meat, salads and cooked vegetables) but occassionally hands (for burgers, corn on the cob, or raw vegetables).

    Snacks - pretty much exclusively hands. I can't see trying to eat crackers, cookies or chocolate using silverware.

    I use silverware primarily, but always use chopsticks with Chinese food if available. Yes I can even eat rice with chopsticks.
