Doritos are on for $2 a 280g bag this week at Walmart. I've been stocking up but eating a lot of them too.

    Thanks for the Zero DoTW.

Maybe I'll go buy some doritos to go with it.

    You can't possibly beat Sunchips.

Speaking of Sunchips, that just gave me the urge to eat a few, so off to the grocery store. Fortunatly, it's always open so I can indulge my munchies at any hour of the day. Isn't it great?

For all that asked, surgeons do exactly that, they leave and do their business and then scrub back in. Most scheduled long surgeries even have breaks scheduled in. If at all possible their are 2 surgeons in on the operation. If there is only one surgeon, and he/she has to leave, the anesthesiologist manages the patient when they are gone.

/tosses DoTW a bag of French Oniion Sunchips

/tosses Dragonfly a bag of Doritos

/feels generous as payday is tomorrow

They probably do exactly what NASCAR drivers do...they just go. :skeptic:

If a surgeon is elbow deep in a person's guts, I highly doubt he's going to say, "Ok people, let's take 10!" If he can't hold it any longer, I would guess that he might say, "Nurse! I need a bed pan, and a little help..." :p

[Edit] - Damn, Brall beat me to it. Disregard this entire post. :bad: [/Edit] :rolling:

That concert is officially one of the best things that I have ever seen. The atmosphere was rockin as most of the crowd were already tanked after celebrating the Melbourne Cup. U2 now rank number 3 on my all time greatest bands list. 2 goes to Audioslave and 1 goes to the all mighty PEPPERS!!!

I don't think they would. Operating theatres have to be sterile don't they, and if he 'did it' in there, then it would be a contaminated area. Same with Chicken's suggestion of the bag.

Brall, thanks for the answer :) I have no idea where these questions come from, they just jump into my head :p

They could fill the bed pan with Isopropanol Alcohol and then spray a little 'Oust' (as it kills 99.99% of germs in the air while still smelling great)...problem solved. :shake: :p

Maybe that's why they make medical school so hard/long. By the time people finally finish school, they're so old that they are already wearing diapers. :rolling:

From the day we are born, each of us begins to die...so quit your whining! :p

Were either of those 2 shots a "flu shot"? In my experence those damn shots cause more cases of the flu than they prevent it... :bad: :rolling:

Isn't that the whole idea of those things? They inject you, which causes a mild case of the flu so your body can make anti-bodies. That way you won't get more serious cases of the flu, because you already have the anti-bodies. But in case another form of the flu becomes the more dominant one, your flu shot means nothing and you're screwed anyway.

Now the other question: do NASCAR drivers really just go? I don't really know about NASCAR, but in Formula 1, everybody goes just for the start of the race and I can't imagine they can't hold their wee for about two hours.

horray! Today is the last day of a racist/bigoted collegue. She leaves for Edinburgh tomorrow.

Nope she was not fired, she left on her own free will. Why was she not fired? Because she has a black boyfriend and gay friends. Yep you couldn't possibly be called a racist/bigot if you meet the above requirements
