Well I just about managed to scrape together enough work for the Music Deadline...just! Now I just have exams to revise for, oh what fun, can't wait -_-

Atleast I don't have to worry too much about my grades since I got an unconditional place at Uni meaning they don't matter....but I'd still like to get something good. I've also suddenly lost all inspiration for creativity, I can't draw/write/play anything new...complete mental shutdown, hopefully it'll pass but its kinda depressing :(

Ah well time for lunch me thinks...

@TBA - music seems fine for now when it's the FOCUS of my hearing, at least. When it's supposed to be in the background like the Muzak at work, it's the SOURCE of my problems. :bad:

Movies and TV are getting a little more difficult - especially if there's a loud soundtrack or lotsa stuff going on in a particular scene; I guess my ears are losing the ability to 'multitask'. *feh*

In other news, OotS is continuing to ROCK - Xykon seemed rather nonplussed at this latest twist, eh? :D

I hate that. I come right out and tell them. "I gotta go. My food's cold." If they put up a fuss, hang up. Sorry dude, but crisp Cherrios come before all (except bathroom visits).

My hair's still great, but depression has it's grip. Ennui eats it. :grr:

God my head hurts. I'd take something for it except I'm having paranoia about dying from an allergic reaction.

Ugh, tried to get up today to go to a roleplay, but found myself unable to open my right eye. Bah.

After a few hours more sleep, all is well, but I bet the DM will be pissed with me.

I'm completely unmotivated to work today.

The leftover pizza I brought for lunch is probably not going to survive that long. It's looking pretty good and my break is coming up soon.

    Sorry about your head kuemper.

@Kuemper, ugh, hate feeling bad on multiple fronts.

@Jaded Empath, sorry to read about your hearing problems. I'm noticing something similar in myself, in a very mild form though, and probably due to aging ears and brain.

In other news, it is sunny and warmer and I am getting ready to leave for lunch, and maybe take a walk while I'm on lunch break.

    What? ;)

Aye, what is happening to me is normal, just premature - after researching it further, two types of hearing loss occur; 'general' hearing loss, which results in missing ANY sounds below a certain dB level, and for which hearing aids are made - they amplify the quiet sounds to a level the ear can hear.

BUT, the slightly less-common hearing loss is the 'discrimination' one that I've got. Can *hear* the sounds just fine, just can't pick out the 'wheat from the chaff', and a hearing aid would just annoy with that condition. Figures; I've never been in the majority for anything; left-handed, uncommon blood type, have a mild astigmatism of the vertical type that corrective lenses don't do much for (horizontal is more common, natch) etc. etc.. :heh:

I shouldn't do history homework at 1 am.
I just wrote: "...Austria remained the big cheese of the Confederation", the word "peeps" is used twice. There's a :D somewhere and the ending bit is even worse.

Maybe I should just return the draft.
