    That booster thing for your roof y'all are talking about, does that CDMA? I wouldn't need much of a boost, I usually have a bar or two, and then I could ditch my land line and save 80 bucks a month.

    I'll have to look into that booster. I went to their web site and scoped it out, nice looking phone. I'll post reviews as soon as I use them a bit. At first I thought they got a lot worse reception, but they just have four bars where my old phone had six bars at full service.

    OK here goes...

    LG VX8100 with Verizon Wireless.

    Battery life: Awesome, rated for 8 days per the manual, I got 11, and I was using my phone much more than usual as I was playing with all the new toys.

    Signal: Same as my old LG VX 4500, great at work, sucks at home.

    Sound quality: Awesome. I geuss I didn't realize how bad my old phone was getting until I called on my new one. The clearest sound on any phone I've had or used.

    Fit and Feel: Fits nicely in my big paw, and is quite easy to dial, and use the options with my big fat thumb.

    Screen: Awesome, it is a 1.6 mega pixel screen, and it is huge, and very clear.

    Custumization: Very much good here. I can set it to come up with the persons picture that is calling. I have the wallpaper set to my baby, and the outside set to my 3 y/o. I was a little dissapointed in the amount of ring tones that come with the phone, but I can download anything I want for a price.

    Wrap Up: Very nice phone, and I use the camera much more than I thought I would. I have plans to use the MP3 player as soon as I get the cash for a memory card. It is an attractive phone, but not gaudy. The speakers are very clear secondary to the MP3 functionality. Oh, it has V-Cast too, but I don't plan on using that as it is uber expensive.

    Score: 9.9/10. I would have said 10/10, but that bastard DoTW had to show me that they are going to be making it in black too.

    I just saw the funniest Sprint PCS commercial. Two guys are boasting about thier phones in a locker room, when one guy says his phone features a crime stopper of sorts. He tells the other guy to try to take his wallet, and in the process, he throws his cell phone at the other guy's face...hard, which makes the guy drop to the ground holding his face in pain. :lol: :shake:

    I laughed so hard it hurt! :rolling:

    Get this...it's a normal, regular old ring tone...and it actually sounds like a phone is ringing! :eek: No songs, no tunes, just a simple - normal sounding *ring* *ring*... :jawdrop: :eek:

    No word yet as to what carrier will offer a shipping modle with this feature... :shake: :p :rolling:

    So, I have a "new" pohone now!

    the problem? Didn't come with a manual or.. anything. I don't evenn know what model it is - so thus, i am looking at you guys. Jsut whgat part of the phone ma I supposed to look at to figure out the model`(it is a Nokia).
