    No, the original was "Vote for us, or the other guys might get into power! If you don't, <<Insert very bad thing here>> <<Style like some famous quote>>" You just got the final draft from the PR department, actually :) .

    Then again, such quotes remind me of what one famous "communist" here said after 1989 - "We spent 45 years building socialism, and the Swedes reached it first." It all depends on just what you mean by the word. Hellfire, brimstone and people in grey suits and AK47s goose-stepping past the White House is one thing, a 20% more balanced income inequality chart is another.
