    Ok, the film is " Two Girls & a Guy," starring Robert Downey Jr. and Heather Graham. Not even 1/10th as obscure as some of JSBB's greatest hits. :p No blockbuster, to be sure, but a fairly cult-popular indie with very witty dialogue (yet, strangely, not terribly quotable for such a talkie. Oh well.)

    Here's a semi-softball replacement to get things going again:

    "Obviously she's crazy if she's screwing her shrink!"

    TBH, it sounds to me like it's from Elizabeth or that new one The Queen or whatever it's called, I'll take a stab with The Queen tho (if that's what it's called, it just sounds to me like whoever it is talking is referring to a head of state of some kind and shes the only female one I can think of
