    It was never on MST3K - it is a quite recent film actually. However, you do have the right genre with the Gamera guess. It isn't a Gamera film though.

    It is from a Godzilla film but not Godzilla.

    Oh well, no one probably knows it anyway so the exact film is Godzilla: Final Wars. The "good for nothing tuna eating monster" in question was for all intents and purposes the 'Godzilla' from the recent American version. Naturally the real Godzilla took roughly five seconds to kill the pathetic rip-off. :D
