None of the "asian" weapons. No crossbows, no halberds and no bastard-swords. I do tend to shy away from daggers and wands as well. Probably played the game so much that I have become set in a certain pattern.

I have got to go with darts on this one. I honestly don't know of I've ever used them before. I'm pretty sure I've tried everything else out at least once.

If we break out flails and morning stars into two categories, then I never use morning stars. But seeing as how they share a proficiency, I guess we shouldn't break them out. I've never used a ninja-to. I do use darts with mages on occasion, just for the increased RoF. But the one weapon that I don't use ever, and I mean neva-eva, is a spear. There are so many better choices for two-handed weapons.

I don't use halberds much, but that's just because so few characters specialize in them. Although I made Minsc into a halberd user once, and they are viable. You can get a +2 version pretty early, and in the Underdark there is Dragon's Breath - or something like that - I may I have the name wrong. It's dropped by the party that you fight on your way to rescuing Phaere. It's +4 with elemental damage, and definitely not bad. There's also the Wave (which IMO isn't so great), and the Ravager (which IMO is).

The wave has its uses particularly if you you micromanage enough to use it for its auto kill properties.

Yep it's called the Dragon's Breath, its +4 and it does 1 cold/fire/electrical/poison/acid damage. It's an Ironskin/Stoneskin user's worst nightmare and will work on trolls regardless of type.
