Here you’re confronted by what appears to be the telthor spirit of a Dire Wolf, who takes exception to your presence. One thing is inevitable, the hunger inside of you emerges and devours her completely.
Here you’ll have to fight a Telthor Bear. In a nearby chest, you’ll find the Skin of Shadow.
Here you’ll find an Orglash, a spirit bound here in servitude after awakening a powerful bear spirit from his slumber. It is set here to guard the offerings. You have two choices. You can either kill it and help yourself to the offerings, or you can consent to it becoming your servant in which case you obtain the Orglash Crystal.
Here you’ll find an altar with a bear skeleton over it. You have a choice between shattering the skeleton and provoking some spirits into attacking you or placing the Sacred Pouch in the urn next to the altar. Either way opens up the north wall allowing entry to the adjoining passageway.
Another way is to use the Imaskari Rod to smash the door open. If you do this, a lich will teleport into the cave to confront you. You can either talk it into leaving peacefully, or fight it. If you do end up killing the lich, it will leave behind the Imaskari Battlemage Armor.
