The exit to Mulsantir. Standing by the door is a Half-Orc woman named Zorah, who is apparently the bouncer of the place. She warns you not to make trouble or you’ll have to pay for any damages.
Here is Vladek, the keeper of the place. He can share tidbits of info, but otherwise is of no real consequence for the game.
Here you find Clive the Dandy and Two Penny Tam. If Kaelyn is in your party they’ll make a pass at her, which she is apparently too innocent to understand.
Here you’ll find some Rashemi pirates led Fyldri. If Safiya is not in you’re party, they’re content to tell you to shove off. If she is, they resent her presence in Mulsantir as a Thayan. If you stand up for her, they’ll attack you. If you win, you can loot the Deep Guardian’s Plate.
On your way out, Zorah will demand compensation in the neighbourhood of 500 to 1000 gold pieces. If you try a little too hard to talk your way out of it, she’ll permanently ban you from The Sloop and you’ll end up having to get in by an alternative method. (More on this below)
Here you’ll find the merchant, Sheveldar Nuum and two of his associates. He’s acting the part of a drunken fop. The reason for his presence becomes clear if you take a certain portal in this tavern.
