Here is the way back to the Orzammar Commons. Look behind this door and click -tab- to notice a writ. Now click on the writ and get a Codex entry for "Key to the City".
Here is Lady Dace. If you accepted Vartag's quest to help a couple noble houses change their allegiance to Prince Bhelen instead of Lord Harrowmount, Lady Dace is one of the nobles that Vartag wants you to bring a promissory note to, in order to prove that Lord Harrowmount was double dealing both House Dace and House Helmi. If you bring her the note, she'll explain that she can't change the vote of her house. Only her father can do that, and he's off on an expedition in the Deep Roads. She wants you to bring the message to her father so that he can have the vote changed. To do this, she'll give you a Dace Signet Ring as a pass to get into the Deep Roads, and the Aeducan Family Map that reveals the Aeducan Thaig in the Deep Roads. Note that if you chose to ally with Lord Harrowmount instead, you will not have lost the opportunity to explore the Aeducan Thaig. It will still show up once you take the exit for the Deep Roads.
Once you deliver the message, you'll find Lord Dace here beside his daughter. Speaking with either of them makes it obvious that you've done the task to Vartag's satisfaction.
After you have made enough progress through an alliance with either Prince Bhelen or Lord Harrowmount, there will be a Dwarf named Lolimar here. He can provide some background information on the Paragon, Branka, and a Dwarven warrior of ill-repute named Oghren.
