Zarax - M Dracon Fighter
During Wizardry 6: A Fighter certainly plays well enough during Wizardry 6. He'll advance levels faster and therefore have more Hit Points than his Lord or Valkyrie counterparts. I'm also investing in a certain play style that will be fully realized in Wizardry 8.
During Wizardry 7: If you can import the Diamond Ring from Wizardry 6, then a Valkyrie or female Fighter packing the Diamond Ring, the *Light Sword* and the *Light Shield* is the ultimate warrior setup for Wizardry 7. I prefer this character to be male for roleplaying reasons. So I'll go with the next best thing, a Cameo Locket, the *Light Sword* and the *Light Shield*.
During Wizardry 8: The Dracon is able to use its acidic breath weapon in any of the games, but that consumes Stamina. A distinct benefit of the Fighter class in Wizardry 8 is that it regenerates Stamina that increases with Fighter levels. There will also be armor pieces that increase Stamina regeneration. The set up will allow the Dracon Fighter to either fight with his weapons tirelessly, or use his breath weapon with greater frequency against multiple enemies. An additional benefit of the breath attack is that it bypasses the Eye for Eye spell.
