Here is a room full of vials that are apparently sensitive to sound. The key trick here is to have your thief or scout character command everyone to stand their ground. The character then sneaks across to what is needed from #3, and then bring it back to the party.
Here is an Alchemical Lab. Click on it to read the notes, and then use the vials you collected from #3. Now remove the silver vials, and then the blue vials. Now go outside and speak to Jaris again. If you managed to complete the job without spilling any vials at #2, you’ll get 1,400xp, 1,000gp, and a Bag of Holding. If you use the Lab here properly, but spilled the chemicals at #2, you’ll only get 700xp and 250gp.
