Here is the front door to the Smithy, which leads back out to Gilded Vale.
The barrel here has Ale, Rice, and a Hammer and Chisel. Getting them without other people in the shop attacking will require a significant Mechanics skill check though.
This container will have a random armor and random helm (non-magical).
Tuathan also offers a quest, The Smith's Shipment. A dialogue option is also available to accept the quest and earn Benevolent disposition as well. The quest itself requires defeating a group of Bandits in Black Meadow to complete.
