60th Level Chronomancer
I decide to return to the Old Man in Skara Brae to advance a few levels. The reason is Zarathos will inevitably lose some xp that may have gone into more levelling-up when the party fights their way to Urmech's Lair and Zarathos becomes a Geomancer. But I'd rather he not lose ALL the xp he gets in Kinestia. I fight random monsters 1N 8E, 3N 8E, 0N 3E, 3N 2E and 1N 1E before casting Reditus Kinesta at 0N 0E.
Everybody advances three levels once I return to the Old Man, except for Mordred who only advances two. I insist on +1 Luck or +1 Strength for Ariel. Everybody else has their priorities maxed out.
I go back to the Old Dwarven Mine and cast Apport Kinestia to return to Kinestia.
To the Workshop
I again go eastwards along the south edge, winning fights against random monsters at 1N 1E, 3N 2E, 0N 3E, 3N 8E and 1N 8E.
This time I go to 2N 11E and use Phase Door to get past the east wall, and bypass nearby anti-magic squares. I win fights against random monsters at 0N 12E, 3N 14E and 2N 16E.
I go to 0N 16E and use Phase Door to pass through the south wall, and loop around to the northern side of the map. I thereafter win fights against random monsters at 17N 16E, 15N 16E and 17N 15E.
I go to the passageway at 17N 13E, which leads to the Workshop.
Workshop
I start off at 0N 6E on the map of the Workshop. I win all the fights against random monsters that are along the outer edges of the area.
A seal is at 3N 2E. Recall the clue left behind by Ferofist:
