Location: Your PC must be a Paladin and you must first have Master Veedle build a church for Ivarr the Blessed in the Crossroad Keep. Enter the church and speak to Ivarr to receive the ‘vision quest’.  You’ll then find this in a chest amongst Tholapsyx’s treasure hoard in the Fiery Canyon at #4.
