Warden Fyrgen - Batch 4
Having these bounties available first requires you rebuild the Warden's Lodge in Caed Nua at #10, and have completed the first, second, and third batch of bounties for Warden Fyrgen. After that, the last three bounties offered by Fyrgen described below become available.
Another bounty is against a Moon Godlike Wizard named High Arcanist Ysly. She will be near the table at #12 on the second floor of the Heritage Hill Tower. The entrance to the tower is at #18 on the map of the Heritage Hill district. She will lead several Telaneir Sorcerers and a few Telaneir Guardians.

Another bounty is against a Cipher named Naroc the Prophet, who leads several Outcast Warriors and Outcast Hunters. They will be at #8 on the map of Cilant Lis.

Another bounty is against a Vithrack Exarch Lord named Sserkal. He will be at #6 in the Pearlwood Bluff. He leads several Vithrack Exarchs and a few Crystal Eaters. The Priest's Litany against Major Afflictions spell will be ideal here, to prevent the stunning and paralysis effects of the Vithracks' powers, or any other spell (e.g. Ring of Unshackling) that can otherwise protect you.
The Crystal Eaters leave behind Spider Venom Sacs when killed, while the Vithracks leave behind Vithrack Brains.
Sserkal himself leaves behind a Robe called Gwik Glas and Exarch Lord Sserkal's Head. Bring the head back to Warden Fyrgen for a 2,500cp reward.
