Golden Whale for 150cp - +2 Dexterity and +2 Might and +2 Constitution that lasts for one rest. +2 Resolve as well if you eliminate the Flames-That-Whisper clan of Crag Ogres during The Ogre Matron quest.
He also sells a lot of food items, potions, and Camping Supplies.
