Here is the port of entry that also provides access to the World
Map.
Here is Snake Eyes Condwen, who runs a dice gambling game. An
unsuccessful bet means you lose the 100cp you place on the bet.
Successfully betting on either the high or low bet results in winning
200cp. Successfully betting on 'seven' results in winning 400cp.
A Perception check of 13 allows you to notice that he doesn't even
bother to look at the dice, which suggests that he is cheating.
There is a crane here. You can use a missile weapon to bring down its
load so as to provide a distraction for Unlucky Acret at #5, which may
help with the Blow
the Man Down Quest.
Here you'll find a woman named Sceydwin, who is lashed to a stake. You
can spit on her for Cruel disposition. You can also free her, and she'll
be willing to inform you that attacking anyone in the Fort or
trespassing onto off-limit areas will trigger an alarm and cause
everyone else to go hostile.
Here is Minao, also lashed to a stake but too exhausted to even
acknowledge you. You apparently can't do anything with him besides giving
him a mercy kill that nobody else will notice.
Here is Ruddy Feyr, who can provide a distraction that can help for
purposes of the Blow
the Man Down Quest.
Here is where you land if you chose to wait until nightfall to sneak
in, instead of docking at the port with Principi colors.
Here is the door to the part of the Deadlight
Court known as the Forge at #12. It is guarded by Ungwith the
Craghearted. She won't allow you to even remain in the vicinity, and
falling in with her request to depart leads to you being placed at the
bottom of the stairs. Choosing the dialogue option to attack her will
result in the whole Fort going hostile.
Ruddy Feyr at #12 can provide a possible distraction if you want to
enter the part of the Deadlight Court
called the Forge for purposes of the Blow
the Man Down Quest.
There will be a bell here that you can click on and ring, but only
once you've reached an agreement with somebody named Lamond as part of
the Blow the Man
Down quest.
The trap door here leads down to the Deadlight
Court at #14. There will also be a couple of chests nearby with
gems and such.
