at #48 on the World Map.
Your ship will be surrounded by numerous ships of the Royal Deadfire
Company just as you leave Hasongo.
Grand Secretary Atsura will indicate that Queen Onekaza will want an
audience with you. You'll also get the Queen's
Missive in your inventory.
*NOTE* This scene will play out even if you made the Royal Deadfire Company their enemies either by killing Fleet Master Okaya during the Hunting Season Quest, or if you helped out the Crookspur Slavers so as to fail the Clearing Out Crookspur Quest. The Company at the Brass Citadel will still be hostile to you after this scene concludes.
