OKKU, M LN FEY FIGHTER
Okku won't have as good of an armor class as other party members, so he should be regarded as more of a Damage Dealer than a Tank. As far as being a Damage Dealer goes, he doesn't disappoint, especially as his claws are considered adamantine weapons for purposes of penetrating damage reduction.

The only skill that Okku has any meaningful ranks in is Parry.
Feats
You don't have any control over what feats Okku selects. The game itself selects his feats for him. The idea is that he isn't learning anything new. He's remembering what he used to before he went to sleep in his barrow. What I describe here is the progression that the game sets for him.

Inventory
- Bear King's Immortal Spirit (+5 natural bonus to armor class, +6 Constitution, +6 Wisdom, +7 to saving throws) - Obtained after tricking Gud-Bugh-Ka into leaving the Nightshore. Valeria then enchants it to add the +7 bonus to saving throws. The amulet is just perfect for Okku, not only for its natural bonus to armor class but it's literally his only chance to improve his Constitution. Additionally, a sore point for Okku is his weak saving throws. The additional enchantment of a +7 bonus to saving throws goes a long way towards mitigating that.
- 1st Ring: Bone Dancer's Ring (immunity to death magic, immunity to ability / level draining, +10 slashing resistance, +10 piercing resistance) - Looted from one of the Death Knights on the first level of the Death God's Vault. Valeria, Kaelyn and Safiya will wear rings that can be further enchanted with bonus spells. The consideration obviously doesn't apply to Okku, so he favours rings that provide multiple enchantments. This ring is perfect for him, as it is probably his only opportunity for him to gain damage reduction that will enhance his role as a front-line warrior. Immunities to death magic and ability / level draining are sugar on top.
- 2nd Ring: Heart of Rashemen (+5 regeneration, Haste on wearer, Freedom of Movement on wearer, Improved Evasion on wearer, light) - Gives Okku a Haste effect and regeneration, both of which are certainly welcome considering his role as a Damage Dealer. Improved Evasion will, even if he fails a Reflex saving throw, halve the damage he takes from elemental attacks. Freedom of Movement is a much welcome defensive benefit as well.
