Here is the Trephine. A Chief Librarian will be here to answer generic questions, no matter what stage of progress through the expansion you may be at.
Llengrath and Tayn will also relocate here after the completion of both the Annotated History and Under Observation Quests. The Trephine itself will not be operable until the completion of those Quests. It can after that be used to open the way to the Upper Bowels at #10.
There will be a brazier called the Incinerator here. You can put Heldr's Horn in it. It's one of two actions needed for a Small Shield called The Weyc's Oracular Focus to appear in the sarcophagus at #6.
The Lectern of Obfuscation will be here. You can put the Memoirs of Heldr on it. It's one of two actions needed for a Small Shield called The Weyc's Oracular Focus to appear in the sarcophagus at #6.
There will be a sarcophagus here. Two candles on its side light up when you burn Heldr's Horn in the Incinerator at #4. The other candles light up when you place the Memoirs of Heldr on the Lectern of Obfuscation at #5.
A Small Shield called The Weyc's Oracular Focus will be in the sarcophagus after all four candles are lit.
