Points marked #3 on the map of The Enclosures will each have a Mouth of the Organ. Each will be guarded by several Vithrack.
Each Mouth imposes a Will penalty on the party, which can make you more vulnerable to the Vithracks' powers. You can destroy a Mouth, but doing so causes the nearby Prisoners to go hostile.
Bekarna is being held prisoner in the cell at #11. Speaking to her makes it clear that her mind is being affected in drastic ways. She also expresses a desire to set the stars right. Having this conversation with her starts the Quest.
The Enclosures Lift is at #15. Taking it up leads to the Spun Terrace. For purposes of this Quest you'll want to taking it down to the Hall of Reconfiguration.
There will be a couple of Observers (Beholder-like eye monsters), along with some Augmented Flesh Constructs and a Vithrack Warden in the large central room at #7. There are ways to make the fight winnable for yourself.
The door at #4 can be opened either with a Mechanics skill check of 16, or with the Flesh Controller Room Key found at #13 (if you can find a way to get there first).
The machine that controls the Augmented Flesh Constructs is at #6. You can destroy the machine itself and the Flesh Constructs with an Explosives check of 15. Having obtained the Maintenance Log - Flesh Construct Controller from The Central Stacks will give you a couple more options. Giving its heart a "hard squeeze" will destroy the Flesh Constructs. You can make the Flesh Constructs and the Vithrack Warden your allies against the Observers by giving the machine's heart a "soft squeeze".
The bookshelf at #14 will a book titled Advanced Wistful Stargazing. You will have to steal it in Stealth mode if you want to get it without the Librarians in the room attacking you.
Bring the book back to Bekarna. She indicates that she will make her way to the Temple of Revelation. Make your way to the stairs at #1 on the map of The Enclosures.
