This manor is the focus of the Safe Haven task. There will be plenty of Guls and Darguls throughout the Manor. They leave behind Vessel Flesh when killed.
Here you will find members of the Valtas family that are banging on the door trying to get somebody named Saeda to open up. They will attack you on sight.
This door is locked, but it can be opened through the use of the Mechanics skill.
This chest has the Valtas Groundskeeper Letter, which hints that a key can be found on a hook near the oven.
This chest will have the Black and White Cat that can become your pet, as well as a few other random items.
There will be a hole in the wall at #6, which is meant to drop the hint that Saeda managed to escape.
This table at #7 has Lord Valtas' Will, which hints that the Valtas family owns a mausoleum nearby.
The barrel here will have a random food item or two.
The shelf here will have random alcoholic drinks.
The hook and oven here indicate that the key is actually missing.
This locked chest will have a random weapon and some coins.
