At #2 you will find members of the Valtas family that are banging on the door trying to get somebody named Saeda to open up. They will attack you on sight.
The door at #3 is locked, but it can be opened through the use of the Mechanics skill.
The chest at #4 has the Valtas Groundskeeper Letter, which hints that a key can be found on a hook near the oven.
There will be a hole in the wall at #6, which is meant to drop the hint that Saeda managed to escape.
The table at #7 has Lord Valtas' Will, which hints that the Valtas family owns a mausoleum nearby.
The hook and oven at #10 indicate that the key is actually missing.
Go back outside to Heritage Hill. At #7 will be the Valtas Mausoleum, where Saeda will be waiting. Benevolent and Clever replies are initially available in response to her initial predicament.
Honest, Deceptive, Diplomatic and Stoic replies are possible in to her question about what has happened to her family. A Resolve check of 14 or a Perception check of 11 can get her describe events that lead to Heritage Hill becoming an undead zone.
The conversation ends with her making a run for the gate at #2 of Heritage Hill. She'll be able to make it safely, whether or not you've killed all the undead in Heritage Hill.
Return to the gate at #2. Saeda will point you out to the Justiciar standing guard. The result will be a major gain of reputation with the Knights of the Crucible, and a major gain of reputation with Defiance Bay.
