There will be a Scourge and a Soul Collector to fight here.
A portal that leads to Neriscyrlas' Lair
will appear here, but only after you have gathered the
Wandering Souls at points marked #4 and reassembled them into the soul
of Rynhaedr.
Here are Wandering Souls, which are actually the souls of Rynhaedr
after she got torn apart by Neriscyrlas. Clicking on all of them will
complete the reforging of the soul of Rynhaedr, which progresses the
Quest called Death's
Depthless Dominion.
Reforging her soul also completes the first upgrade of the Guardian's
Plate.
Adding one Void Shard to the
Ring means all enemies that Engage the wearer and within 1.5m of the
wearer suffer a -3% penalty to Action Speed. Two increases the penalty
to -5%, and all three increases the penalty to -7%.
A conch will be here, along with the spirit of an Aumaua woman. The spirit
will attack you as a Shambling Soul. It leaves behind the Kaihoa
after being defeated.
You can afterwards use the conch so that you can cross the waterway at
#9 but not the one at #10, or vice versa. It works as a switch in other
words.
You can use the conch at #8 so that you can cross the waterway here
but not the one at #10, and vice versa.
You can use the conch at #8 so that you can cross the waterway here
but not the one at #9, and vice versa.
The spirit of an Aumaua woman will be here, convinced that she is
repairing a nearby bridge for her ranga.
If you have Betrayal, which is in
The Endless Queries, you can pretend
to be her ranga. That convinces her to repair the bridge leading west
of here, allowing you to reach the chest at the other end.
The portal here will take you to the portal at #14.
The portal here will take you to the portal at #13.
You can use Waidwen's Sundial
at this beam of light and change its setting from "Dusk" to "Dawn".
Doing so will result in a few Shambling Souls attacking you. But it will
also result in the bridge going east repairing itself and clearing the
way to the Glamfellen Soul at #16.
A Glamfellen Soul will be here. You can now obtain a Mace called Frostfall
from her either by attacking her or speaking to her as though leading
her to safety.
The latter way is easier if you previously obtained Betrayal
from The Endless Queries, which
allows you to pretend to be the lover she had in her mortal life.
You can use Waidwen's Sundial
at this beam of light and change its setting from "Dusk" to "Dawn". A
conch appears close by. Using it will drain the pool at #18, clearing the
way to the chest just a little east of the pool.
This pool of water can be drained by using Waidwen's
Sundial at the beam of light at #17, changing its setting from
"Dusk" to "Dawn", and then using the conch that appears close
by.
