  1. This exit leads back out to Sanctum Island at #2.

  2. These stairs lead to #3 on the second level.
  3. Oathbinder's Sanctum, Second Level

  4. The stairs here lead back up to #2 on the first level.

  5. Here you will have an encounter with an Orlan spirit, and a subsequent battle with several Shades, as part of the Lost Dues in Good Faith Quest.

  6. The door here can be opened by pulling on a chain just to its left.

  7. The stairs here lead to #10 on the third level.

  8. You can only emerge here after taking the stairs at #29 on the fourth level.

  9. Pulling on the chain here opens the door at #9.

  10. You can only open this door by pulling on the chain within the room at #8.
  11. Oathbinder's Sanctum, Third Level

  12. The stairs here lead to #6 on the second level.

  13. The corpse here will have the Bloody Note.

  14. The door here can be opened by pulling on the chain to its left.

  15. The room here has a lot of Cave Beetles, Cave Grubs and a pair of Desert Imps.

  16. The door here can also be opened by pulling on the chain to its left.

  17. Here you can obtain a Pet cat named Peter.

  18. There will be a few Dank Spores here, along with a Lurker and several Sporelings.

  19. Clicking on the rubble here prompts a scripted interaction. You won't be able to remove the rubble with an unaided Might check, and worse still any character who tries will just get an Iinjury for his or her troubles. You can remove it with a Prybar, but doing so will also result in an Injury. The safe way is to use a Grenade on it to blow it away. You'll be able to access the treasure chest beyond it afterwards.

  20. These stairs lead down to #19 on the map of the fourth floor.

  21. Oathbinder's Sanctum, Fourth Level

  22. These stairs lead back up to #18 on the map of the third floor.

  23. You can open this door by pulling a chain to its left.

  24. There will be a lot of Black Oozes and a Troll to fight in this room.

  25. There will be a lot of Xaurips to fight in this room.

  26. There will be a Pet Sky Dragon Wurm inside the egg here, but only if you previously allowed the Sky Dragon to leave Hylea's Temple as part of your Pillars of Eternity 1 history.

  27. A dead body here will have the Ordinary Sword. Right-clicking on it and then selecting the option to "Examine" it will turn it into the Watcher's Blade.

  28. There will be a lot of Rotghasts to fight in this room.

  29. A hidden button here can open a dark room behind it, along with access to a few niches with random items in them.

  30. Here you will find a cult of Woedica led by Inquisitor Lodwyn, and their captive Elf named Oswald, as part of the Lost Dues in Good Faith Quest.

    Should you kill Lodwyn and the rest of the cult as part of the quest, she'll leave behind the Cowl of the Piercing Gaze.

    There is also an altar to Woedica behind where Inquisitor Lodwyn is standing. You can Rest near it to obtain the last upgrade for the Soulbound Mace called the Magistrate's Cudgel.

  31. This door can be opened by using a lever right next to it.

  32. These stairs lead to #7 on the second level.

  33. The right hand of this statue of Woedica will have the Finger of the Exiled Queen, but only after you have started The Surviving Face's Hunt for the Finger of the Exiled Queen.
