You will have to fight groups of Enraged Lagufaeth at these points.
All enemies here will have "Enraged" in their names, to reflect that
Galawain has blessed all of them with a state akin to a permanent
Barbarian Rage (+5 Might, +5 Constitution).
Should you deactivate the Engwithan machine in the level below, and in
defiance of Galawain as part of the Overgrowth
Quest, then he will send a Kraken to attack you. It will be waiting here
after you come back up from the level below.
The plaque here indicates that the Winding Serpent was the first of
the successful Engwithan experiments conducted in this place, at least
read along with the other plagues on this level.
The plaque here indicates that the experiment that created the
Leviathan came after the one that created the Barbed Ravager.
These adra pylons act as switches that can be used to flood the
structure, as one way to resolve the Overgrowth
Quest. An arcane check of 6 can reveal their function.
There will be several Enraged Lagufaeth to fight here, along with a
couple of Enraged Sea Trolls.
The plaque here indicates that the experiment that created the Kraken
came after the one that created the Leviathan.
This table will have the Underwater
Dungeon Key, which can be used to open the door at 17.
There will be a few Enraged Lagufaeth and a couple of Enraged Sea
Trolls to fight here. They also surround a Sigil of Atrophy that is in
the middle of the cavern.
The plaque here indicates that the experiment that created the Barbed
Ravager came after the one that created the Winding Serpent.
The mural here needs to have its images pressed in the correct order
to open the hidden door at #15. It's based on the order in which the
Engwithan experiments creating sea monsters were completed. The correct
order is:
Winding Serpent
Barbed Ravager
Leviathan
Kraken
The door here will open once you enter the correct sequence at the
mural at #14.
