Brass Citadel

  1. The entrance to the Officer's Lounge is at #10 on the map of the Brass Citadel. Fleet Master Wakoyo offers bounties on certain pirate ships. His first bounty is on Assila Wave-Skipper.

  2. Assila Wave-BreakerYou can find Assila Wave-Skipper aboard a Voyager named The River Dragon. It tends to sail near Tangaloa Island at #3 on the World Map. If you want to sink her ship in naval combat, she only has a pair of Dyrwoodan Hog Noses as either her front or aft cannons, so she should be easy to beat.

    If you want to board her, she herself is a 6th level Fighter aided by mostly Principi Rogues and Fighters, along with a Weather Wizard. Nobody leaves any special loot behind.

  3. Return to Fleet Master Wakoyo for rewards of a moderate gain in reputation with the Royal Deadfire Company, 1,500cp and 4,050xp.
