You must first complete the Bounty on
Biakara for Aenia before she will give you the next one.
This bounty is on a Vithrack named Veen, sighted around the Kua O Rikuhu
Islands east of Neketaka.
You can find Veen aboard a Dhow
named The Reckless. It
tends to sail in the east-central waters of the World
Map. Think a triangle between #31, #34 and #36.
If you want to board the ship, the Principi crew members aren't
especially tough. But Veen himself can use Cipher powers with high
Accuracy, so you may want to bolster your Fortitude and Will Defenses,
or have resistances against various Afflictions in place, prior to
boarding.
