You must first complete the Bounty
on Assila Wave-Breaker for Fleetmaster Wakoyo before he will give
you the next one.
This bounty is on a Vailian captain named Radaulf, sighted sailing east
of Neketaka.
You can find Radulf aboard a Galleon
named The Goldbell. It
tends to sail around the Kua O Rikuhu Islands, locations #32 to #34 on
the World Map.
Boarding him shouldn't be too difficult for a mid-level party. The
incentive to board him is that you'll get a Vailian
Hullbreaker cannon, but only if you board him.
Naval combat, if that is your preference, shouldn't be challenging
either. He only has two cannoneers despite being on a Galleon.
Return to Wakayo for rewards of 2,500cp, 5,060xp and a moderate gain
in reputation with the Royal Deadfire Company.
