HARROWMONT'S ESTATE
A Letter from King Endrin
I leave the Royal Palace and make for Lord Harrowmont's Estate, which is one door to the west. I enter, and Dulin Forender is immediately within view.
But first I veer down a hallway to the left. There's a room at the end that has a couple of chests that can be picked and looted for random items. It also has, for interest's sake, a letter from the late King Endrin.
Shifting Allegiances
Now I speak with Dulin Forender, and use a Persuasion check to change my allegiances. My quest is to not only bring down Jarvia's Carta, but also find proof that Prince Bhelen hired assassins to murder Prince Trian (as a part of events that would have occurred during the Dwarf Noble Origins).
Figor's Imports
I leave the Estate and then the Diamond Quarter. It is only after I have the quest to take down Jarvia's Carta that the door to Figor's Imports will now be open. I go inside, and find several of Jarvia's thugs trying to shake down Figor. I could kill them, but that will get Figor upset and he'll leave for fear of his own life. The preferable resolution is to Intimidate the thugs into leaving. This option now results in Figor always making his wares available from that point onwards. If you're missing any of the ingredients needed for the Dwarven Regicide Antidote that can complete the Exotic Methods quest, Figor will have what you need. He also sells unlimited Flasks at the cheapest rates (cheaper than even at the Gnawed Noble tavern in Denerim). The rest of his inventory includes a variety of potions, poisons, and crafting components.
I'm not heading over to take down Jarvia's Carta just yet. I want to stop off at the Proving Grounds first.
