Feara is at #2 on the first floor of Gref's Rest. She's apparently the sole survivor of a party that was ambushed by Lagufaeth while transporting valuable artifacts. You can choose Benevolent, Cruel, Rational or Stoic replies to her plight. A Survival check of 7 means Feara will recognize that you're particularly capable of retrieving the artifacts for her. A Perception check of 13 reveals that her teeth and gums have unhealthy spots throughout them.
At #29 will be the Battered Shipment that Feara wants. It won't take much to figure out that the shipment containers plenty of Svef instead of precious artifacts.
Now return to Feara. You have four choices:
You can simply accept her 500cp reward. The other choices below require first calling her out on being a Svef smuggler.
You can increase the reward to 1,000cp by either insisting on getting paid more, or wanting to get in on the operation.
You can choose a Passionate dialogue option that will oblige her to give up the Svef trade. She will give no reward though.
If you chose to either kill Feara or force her out of the Svef trade, then you can bring the Battered Shipment to Renengild in her house at #24 on the Stalwart Village map. Renengild will reward you with a moderate gain of positive reputation with Stalwart Village, as well as an Emerald.
