The entrance to Governor Clario's estate is at #12 on the map of Port
Maje Harbor. Speak to Governor Clario inside, and he will relate
that Eothas was seen walking in the direction of a nearby Engwithan Dig
Site. Obtaining this knowledge advances the quest.
The entrance to the Arena
Sub-Level is at #12 on the map of the Engwithan
Digsite. You will have to defeat at least the monsters at #11 and #13 in the Sub-Level to clear the
way.
Make your way to Oderisi's soulless husk at #15 on the map of the Arena Sub-Level.
Clicking on it will prompt a vision whereby Eothas is slowly but surely
making his way to an even larger Adra pillar, with intentions of doing
something that he views of world-changing and necessary. Having this
vision concludes the quest with an xp reward.
