Here is where Eder can join you. The
Steward will be nearby as well.
Had you chosen to save the crate instead of Chitupec during the
prologue, the crate will be here now. It will have Killer's
Gloves, Thief's Putty and
an Oil of Allure.
Here is the shipwreck. Getting up and down it requires either an
Athletics check of 2 or using a Rope
and Grappling Hook during a scripted interaction.
Here is Irenna, who can
become a member of your ship's crew. Getting her down safely from the
shipwreck requires either getting her well enough to get down on her own
through a Survival check of 2 or a Lay on Hands, or getting her down
yourself through an Athletics check of 2 or a Survival check of 2.
Getting her back from the wreck also contributes towards the completion
of the Helping Hands
quests.
Here is a campfire which serves as the gathering spot for any Crew
Members you may find as part of the Helping
Hands quest.
Here is Eld Engrim, one of
the Crew Members you can find as part of the Helping
Hands quest.
You may find the odd Young Boar to fight at these points.
You may also find a spirit of a dead sailor at these points. If you
come back here with Xoti, she may
be able to absorb them into her Lantern in order to progress her Quest, The Lantern of Gaun.
Here is Chitupec, one of the
Crew Members you can find as part of the Helping
Hands quest had you chosen to save him instead of the crate during
the prologue.
He also indicates that a Dwarf named Beodul has gone into a nearby Sea
Cave.
The spirit of a Drowned Pirate is here, where it's possible to gain an
increase in one of several Dispositions while encouraging
the spirit to final rest.
Alternatively, you can bring Xoti
back her so that she can absorb the spirit into her Lantern in order to
progress her Quest, The
Lantern of Gaun.
Here is where you can leave Vilario's Rest and access the map of Maje
Island.
