You can enter The Hanging Sepulchers by using a Rope
and Grappling Hook during a scripted interaction with the branch at #10. You can also make a Perception check of 11 during the scripted
interaction to notice a side passage, and obtain a Ruby.
The door at #11 will still be open if you previously opened it in the course of the Eulogy for the Dead Quest.
You will be at #1 on the map of The Hanging Sepulchers if you came in through the front door, or #15 via the branch.
The Matron's Skull will be at #19. You will have to fight two waves of Risen and Steelspine undead after taking it.
The battle itself is against several waves of Skeletons, Risen and Steelspine undead. It's a matter of having enough healing resources or passive regeneration or buff-extension (i.e.,, Salvation of Time + Ancestor's Memory or Wall of Draining) to outlast all the waves.
The undead will leave behind a Brigandine armor called Kahako Nihi. You will return to the Temple of Toamowhai thereafter.
