Here is one of several exits where you can access the map of Neketaka.
Here is the entrance to Cuitzli's Exotic Herbs. She sells a lot of
plants, herbs, potions and potion ingredients. The two distinctive items
she has for sale are the Apothecary's
Gloves and a Twisted Root
Doll.
You can set up a tightrope here if you're willing to expend a Rope
and Grappling Hook and make an Athletics check of 3 at a window
located at #13 in the Living Quarters of The
Dark Cupboard. You can thereby access the doors at #5 and #9.
Devil of Caroc
Breastplate - Note that the shop will only have this item if
you convinced the Devil of Caroc to spare Harmke during your Pillars
of Eternity 1 history. That means either the Benevolent character
history when you start the second game, importing a savegame from
the first game where you did convince the Devil to spare Harmke, or
creating your own custom history that includes convincing the Devil
to spare Harmke. The alternative that also makes the Breastplate available is if you sacrificed the Devil of Caroc to Skaen's blood pool during your Pillars of Eternity 1 history.
Tuotilo's Palm will also be in a locked chest, if you can manage to steal it without either Marihi
or her guard noticing. Opening the chest requires Marihi's
Key, which you can pickpocket from Marihi.
You can do both of the first two choices, but that will make the third
choice unavailable. You can do the third choice, but end up making the
first two choices unavailable.

And finally, you can make a Sleight of Hand check of 5 whie she's rummaging through your belongings to pickpocket her for a Garnet, a Whiteleaf and some coin.
A merchant named Wekeme will be here during daytime. He sells the more
expensive Food items that have seafood
ingredients.
