  1. Here is one of several exits where you can access the map of Neketaka.

  2. Here is the entrance to Cuitzli's Exotic Herbs. She sells a lot of plants, herbs, potions and potion ingredients. The two distinctive items she has for sale are the Apothecary's Gloves and a Twisted Root Doll.

  3. Here is the entrance to the first floor of The Dark Cupboard.

  4. You can set up a tightrope here if you're willing to expend a Rope and Grappling Hook and make an Athletics check of 3 at a window located at #13 in the Living Quarters of The Dark Cupboard. You can thereby access the doors at #5 and #9.

  5. The door here leads to the Upper Floor of Arkemyr's Manor at #1.

  6. An Ironclad Construct often patrols the area around here. It is likely to make short work of lower-level parties.

  7. The door here leads to #8.

  8. The door here leads to #7.

  9. The door here leads to Arkemyr's Bedroom at #1.

  10. Here is Emaita, who sells an assortment of alcoholic drinks.

  11. Two women named Tumara and Neteha will be in argument with each other here. Conversing them triggers The Archmage's Vault Quest.

  12. The door here leads to the Main Floor of Arkemyr's Manor at #1.

  13. Here is the entrance to Marihi's Metalworks. She sells mostly armor. Her unique items for sale include:

    • Queen's Rule
    • Spearcaster
    • Lover's Embrace
    • Devil of Caroc Breastplate - Note that the shop will only have this item if you convinced the Devil of Caroc to spare Harmke during your Pillars of Eternity 1 history. That means either the Benevolent character history when you start the second game, importing a savegame from the first game where you did convince the Devil to spare Harmke, or creating your own custom history that includes convincing the Devil to spare Harmke. The alternative that also makes the Breastplate available is if you sacrificed the Devil of Caroc to Skaen's blood pool during your Pillars of Eternity 1 history.
    • Tuotilo's Palm

    Tuotilo's Palm will also be in a locked chest, if you can manage to steal it without either Marihi or her guard noticing. Opening the chest requires Marihi's Key, which you can pickpocket from Marihi.

    Remember the Fragments of the Blade of the Endless Paths and the Fragments of the Whispers of Yenwood that you got while sailing towards Neketaka? Here is where you can make use of them. You have three choices:
    You can do both of the first two choices, but that will make the third choice unavailable. You can do the third choice, but end up making the first two choices unavailable.

    *NOTE* A Dwarf named Izzia will be here if two conditions are met. One condition can be any one of:
    The other condition is, after meeting one of the above conditions, having a random encounter against Agents of Woedica while traveling in Neketaka.

    Meeting both of the conditions means that she can merge two of the aforementioned items into the Chain of Rightful Authority, or merge all of them into the Crown of the Exiled Queen.

    And finally, you can make a Sleight of Hand check of 5 whie she's rummaging through your belongings to pickpocket her for a Garnet, a Whiteleaf and some coin.

  14. A merchant named Wekeme will be here during daytime. He sells the more expensive Food items that have seafood ingredients.

  15. Here are entrances to the main floor of the Luminous Bathhouse.

  16. Here is the entrance to the second floor of the Luminous Bathhouse.

  17. Here you can find a Pet cat, Noah.

  18. Here is Degnos, who provides the Sealed Fate Task.

  19. Here you can find a Pet cat, Jules.

  20. You can get an Imp named Worthless Idiot to join you as a Crew Member.

  21. The entrance to the Watershapers Guild.

  22. Here is Iofr's Raiments. His distinctive items for sale include:
    A locked chest near him also contains Ngati's Girdle.

  23. Here you can find a Pet dog, Rasper.

  24. This exit opens up access to the Brass Citadel.

  25. This exit opens up access to Serpent's Crown.
